Too often these days people are so quick to make complaints, whether it be faulty goods, poor service etc, but this review is to the contrary.

My daughter is building with Celebration Homes. A boundary retaining wall was installed by your company via the builder. Unfortunately my daughter was running low on funds (as is always the case when you build) so I recently requested a quote for materials only. Good ol’ Dad is now going to have to install it.

For the last week or so I have been liaising with Valerie. Valerie provided her interpretation of my mud map outlining what she thought was the best options in terms of panel sizing and position so Valerie had to rejig the proposed design for me. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

We exchanged a few emails but in the end I thought it best I come down to your office and discuss the finer details in person. Again in the office, Valerie was more than happy to help, got a fresh version of my mud map and went through the best design based on my daughters fussiness. In the end, one happy customer – me.

Next thing I get a call from your driver. He acknowledged my text message asking to leave the material on the verge but very politely advised he could get it around the back if I preferred. It was obvious to your driver that the wall was going to be installed around the back. Fantastic service is all I can say. Not many people would do that little bit extra to help out. Your team then left it around the back in the al fresco area.

In every liaison with your company I have experienced nothing short of exceptional service.
Please pass on my sincere thankyou’s to all your staff for a job well done.
You will certainly be getting my recommendations if anyone we know is in the market for retaining wall products.
